Professional Images is a national PR photo agency in the UK with over 120 UK PR photographers and press photographers. We cover all UK regions providing creative publicity press and PR editorial professional photography to the public relations, corporate and charity sectors.
Highly experienced press photographer Simon Apps founded the business in 1989. With an ethos that continues to this day, his vision was to provide press style photography to businesses and PR consultancies.
In the early 1990s, we significantly expanded our team of photographers and introduced a fixed rate for photo shoots across the UK. To this day, this strategy provides PR consultancies and organisations with all their nationwide photography requirements. Most importantly, this is a convenient, one-stop solution for our clients, with a straightforward predictable fee structure.
Certainly this enduring business model continues to guide our operations today. As a result, we collaborate with diverse array of clients, ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups to international corporations seeking photography services within the UK. We apply a uniform standard rate to all clients, regardless of their size or turnover.

Our expert press and PR photographers are always ready to deliver high-quality editorial, PR, and press photography across the UK. With a network of over 120 highly experienced photographers, we consistently provide professional and reliable results for every client.
Furthermore, clients trust us for our creativity and professionalism. When you contact us, we take the time to understand your needs and carefully match you with the most suitable photographer from our network. In addition, we consider factors such as location and style to ensure the final images align with your intended use. After that, we develop a tailored brief to guide the selected photographer and to gain insight into our vision.
Moreover, we use a secure file-sharing service to deliver your photographs efficiently. If required, we can also send them directly to publications or designers. When deadlines are especially tight, our photographers can edit images on-site for immediate media use, uploading them directly from location. Notably, this additional service is available at our standard rate.
Additionally, for social media purposes, we often provide images immediately after shooting. This is particularly beneficial for conferences, as it allows clients to share photos with speaker quotes in real time.
Finally, we do not consider our job complete until we have individually prepared and edited each image to ensure it is fully media-ready.
